Foods that are good for easing constipation in toddlers:

Apricot
Plum
Prune
Pear
Peach
-- leave the skin on

1 t. flax oil a day or
1 T. flaxseed

Bran cereal
Graham crackers
Whole-grain breads and crackers
Peas
Broccoli
Beans (inc. chickpeas)
Lentils
Potato (leave the skin on)
Sweet potato
Barley
Berries
Avocado
Artichoke

Lots of fluids

Do you also have a list of foods that cause constipation in toddlers? It's not that long, but the cheese and bananas are fairly important to some toddlers.

I know about cheese, bananas, milk, and white flour (the latter b/c it displaces other, better stuff). If there's more, though, I don't know it.
