I had a lovely time with

mollena's tea party fundraiser on Sunday afternoon. We dressed up as the Mad Hatter and Alice, sort of. On our way to the space, we were wolf-whistled at, I believe by a pair of dykes in a passing car. Many compliments at the event itself, too. Also some photos. Alas, I forgot to take any photos myself, and the hat was borrowed and must go back to its owner soon. You'll just have to trust me that we were fabulous.

There were some humorous moments at the event itself, mostly involving asking me about my date's body art. Ahem.

There were a lot of familiar old faces in the crowd -- including the owner of the office! And some lovely art. And cupcakes. Like I said, I had a good time.
