A Pioneer, I Tell you!

I was just poking through my fiction archives when I realized something. One of my first story sales, about a mildly kinky liaison between a vampire and his lover, was actually a hard item to sell not because of its quality, but because it didn't have enough sex to qualify as erotica but was too racy otherwise.

In other words...

...it was a paranormal romance.

I was ahead of my time! A pioneer! A visionary!

Which is really just a nice way of saying I missed the gravy train b/c it wasn't founded yet ;)
