Sometimes I imagine certain job postings like a plate of sushi on a sushi boat. Everywhere you look, you see that same job ad, bobbing down the stream toward you. You're pretty sure you don't want it, but you're going to see it three or four more times anyway, whether you like it or not. Sometimes you start to try to talk yourself into taking it, even, just because it seems so lonely. But jobs, unlike exotic sushi offerings, are usually not so lonely as all that in the end.
