Aug. 16th, 2010 09:58 pmApril may have developed a small sensitivity to raw tomato. Which is unfortunate as it remains one of her favorite foods, especially eaten whole, out of hand. I'm keeping track of other possible suspects too. And buying some cortisone cream.
Simone is now using prepositions. ("Skulls on pajamas! Yay!") She is also now making requests for meals, usually for either eggs or peanut butter sandwiches. I have chosen to indulge her in this--for now. Thus, she ate two scrambled eggs for dinner this evening alongside the rest of her meal.
The adults in my family went to the California Academy of Sciences today to visit the Extreme Mammals exhibit, which was much fun, if crowded. And expensive, especially when you factor in parking. But it definitely re-established that I am a big ol' biology geek in some ways.
