Help Me Plan My Menu!

I picked up a jar of tomato-raspberry jam (from Blue Chair) this morning at the farmer's market. I know, it sounds weird, but it's delicious -- sweet and tangy and full. I think it would be lovely on cornbread.

But what else should I serve it with? I'm leaning toward pork of some sort. Nothing too assertive, for sure. But what, exactly?

Anyone have any ideas?

(And a green side dish, but that's easy enough.)

This could just be me having recently ground up a bit of leanish pork shoulder with some (also pork) belly scraps and made a fresh, mild, patty sausage out of it, but, well, a mild sausage would be lovely. For some reason I think weisswurst, something of that ilk. Or a DIY-wurst with a little celery seed and some black pepper and onion.

I'd say some traditional baked beans.

Sounds lamb-ish to me. Maybe on the side of lamb chops, or glazed onto a roast leg.

sometimes i roll a pork loin in cornmeal and cumin seeds, sear it and then pan roast it off in the oven. this jam would seem nice w that.

How about as a relish with cold roast pork?
