I could have sworn I still had a bottle of saba in the pantry, but for the life of me I can't find it.

Or at least, that's how it happens around our house.
I use it to make beer bread in the winter. Mmmm. Even crap beer makes very nice beer bread.

We often braise brats in beer, but that's not going to use it up fast enough.
