What I Did With (some of) the Duck Eggs

Last night for dinner: green garlic broth, garnished with a slice of bread and a poached duck's egg. Yeah, that worked. Hello spring!

I will probably either stir-fry or scramble the remaining three eggs. Only because there aren't enough left for egg curry. Next time...
