I am now accepting submissions for issue #2 of Problem Child.
Information, guidelines (and sample issues) are here.
In brief: I like quirky, experimental, difficult, hard-to-classify writing -- fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, whatever you write and whatever you want to call it. Problem Child is intended to be a home for that piece that you love, but have no idea what to do with. ("Who'd publish that?")
Issue #1 is handsome, popular, and still available.
I'm also looking for cover art.
