Yes, that is a Schoolhouse Rock, um, song. Just the other day I was listening to my copy of "Schoolhouse Rock Rocks" - covers of 'em all by modern bands.

I adore the predicate song. "Mr. Morton is the subject of the sentence, and what the predicate says, he does." It's got such good rhythm.
