imnotandrei's mom was thrilled to discover last night that she's going to be a grandmother soon. (Yes, Roomba and Scooba will have three grandmothers.) Just totally beside herself with excitement.
The tricky part, of course, was explaining the circumstances. But that went more or less like this: "I have absolutely nothing against extended families." That line made me giggle.
She'll be in town next week (starting this weekend). Some of you might get to meet her while she's out here, if you're lucky. She's neat.
