pantryslutThis article (in, of all places, The Nation) on Alice Guy and the early history of silent cinema has really got me excited and inspired. I mean, The Girl Spy! Women director/actors! Cabbage fairies! Pulp serials! The New Woman! All mixed together! I am ridiculous, I know, but I am also thinking.
