How I Ate The Sausages

I did indeed end up taking the rice flour crepe route as the path of least resistance and most pantry-friendly option. They turned out a little doughy even though the bottoms were nicely browned, so I guess I made them a bit too thick. Not bad, though! The sausages themselves were excellent--thin little things, with what I thought was a mild but rich flavor; Steven reported some spiciness that I couldn't detect. If the nice purveyor ever offers them again, I'll definitely re-order.
