pantryslut1. I am awfully busy for someone who stays home most of the time.
2. I had a very nice [data embargo] at a bookstore yesterday. Whose bright idea was it to invite me to a [data embargo] at a bookstore, anyway? I walked out with a heavy bag of books, but much lighter in both pocketbook and spirits.
3. Also, the walking around in the sunlight and mingling with people on the street thing was very nice. Buying fruit at the fruit stands, also pleasant. I could not find the babies' favorite mango variety, but I hope I made up with it with one whopper of a Keitt. And also bananas.
4. Simone's favorite insult when she is angry is to yell, "I...You!" Usually while making a throwing motion. No, I don't know what the verb is supposed to be. In the meantime, it's become one of those terrible moments when you're not supposed to laugh at your child because they're so cute when they're miffed, but you do anyway.
