We had to take Simone to the hospital today thanks to a case of nursemaid's elbow. The short form: she's fine, she thought going to the "doctor" was lots of fun, she thinks Tylenol is yummy and she threw a tantrum when it was time to leave.
This is karma for me b/c I dislocated my sister's elbow in the exact same way at about the same age while playing roughly.
Also today, I gave Simone a digital camera. She took it with her to the hospital and snapped away while we sat in the examination room. Thus I am able to present to you today Simone's first photo essay, entitled "My Visit to the Hospital."

No! I am the photographer! Give me that!

Medical supplies are neat!

Lots of white.

Hi Daddy! What's that on your shirt? Take it off.

I love ceilings!

And fluorescent lights!

Birds!

A shot across the bow.

Still life with toes.

I meant it about the fluorescent lights.

Daddy turned the basketball off.

Mommy, give me my camera back!

Back of the car seat, on the way home.
