Imagine there is a box. For our purposes today, it can be a pretty pink box with lots of lace and ribbons and rhinestones on it. And a tiara. Definitely a tiara.
One group is confined to that box whether they like it or not. There are no other boxes! Don't you love this box? Everybody like you loves this box!
Another group is never allowed into that box in the first place. And, oops, maybe there are no other boxes handy for them either. So sorry.
It is good to keep in mind that Group A and Group B have very different relationships to the box. Seems obvious, no? And yet.
