Children's media without antagonists is more fun. (Or: I just figured out what I like about "Ruby Gloom" despite its other somewhat problematic aspects.)

However, my children love their superheroes so much that I am stuck with villains for a while regardless. If I'm lucky, though, I will still get to avoid the stuck-up girl trope as well as, apparently, lots of fat jokes.
