imnotandrei took a personal day off today to help me with the kids. This didn't solve my workload problem but did solve my "help, these kids need to run around all day and I don't have the stamina to wrangle them on my own today" problem.

So first we went to Totland and discovered nudity is contagious -- Simone saw one of those Berkeley hippie kids running around naked in the water and that was that. April, however, resisted peer pressure and stuck to driving all the vehicles.

Then we ate lunch at the Claremont Diner, mostly for the train.

We finished up at Frog Park, where all clothes stayed on. The other kids at the park were a little older and I got to watch Simone attempt to boss around a pair of boys twice her size. She managed to negotiate pretty effectively, actually.

And now I am home, they are actually asleep! and I am catching up on work.
