well, that was mildly disturbing

I just saw a man climb over the fence that seperates the parking lot next door from our own building's below-ground parking area, then drop down into the pit and head off for somewhere else in the building.

He chose for his climbing spot a bit of fence not three feet from my office window. If he'd looked up, he would have looked straight into my eyes. He didn't of course; he kept his chin tucked down, concentrating on what his hands and feet were doing.

And yes, I do kinda want to know what the hell he's doing in my building complex anyway.
