P.S. I am so over having a stiff neck. Two days in a row as of yesterday; I hope to break the streak today. At least I haven't self-induced a migraine this way yet, but soon I will have the right to buy stock in Advil.

Some days I feel like I could star in an educational short film: "Parade of RSI's." Well, RSI warning symptoms, anyway. And I don't even have the excuse of starting temping yet.

wrenched my neck while I was on tour a few months ago in the U.S. Went to a pharmacist, who suggested 3 Advil and a dose of liquid kava kava (which is a muscle relaxant) tincture, right under the tongue, then a nap. My tongue went numb for a minute or two, but it worked.
