I left out one of the details of my trip to Chicago -- the part where one game ticket mysteriously vanished somewhere between when we packed and when we arrived, and our adventures while trying to find a replacement -- a circumnavigation of the Soldier Field looking for a ticket window, the trek to a sports bar on the north side that looked a lot closer on the map, the chance to meet several of Chicago's finest native soccer fans.

All in all it was absurd rather than stressful, which is always nice. And we did eventually manage to find a spare.
