OK, OK, I saw it. And I'm writing about it even though I said I wouldn't. I'll keep it brief.

I went to see it at the behest of my mother, who really wanted to watch it but didn't fancy going alone.

1) It is really hard to watch porn while sitting next to your mother. (Why is RotK porn? Ask freakysparks. zille knows, too. Hint: it ain't Viggo or Orlando's fault.)

2) My mother, for all her reserved, practical geekiness, is quite a weeper. Makes me feel better.
