Dec. 20th, 2007 01:27 pmToday has been a day of snafu. I had a blood test this morning; it turns out that my medical coverage may be for the lab across the street instead of where I was sent. That's OK, they took my blood anyway and I didn't even faint, I came close but she started chatting with me about Christmas, on purpose, and it worked.
Then I went to work via three different transit routes. For once, they all went rather smoothly, no stalled trains, no broken buses, no sleeping through my stop.
Then I got to work and we blew a circuit. It took a while before they were able to re-set it.
Then my stocking fell off the wall.
Also, I have a headache.
Fortunately, I had a lovely relaxing night yesterday, and a very nice lunch as well, and the night before we decorated the tree. And I am looking forward to the weekend. Tomorrow, all I have is an orthodontist appointment and the work potluck/Secret Santa gig. Tonight, a party! Tomorrow night, a party! And then four whole solid days off.
