The Last Baby Dance Party was a big success! (We will have more dance parties, but they're Big Girl dance parties now.) The ladies now have some lovely new clothes and toys and books.

Trying to get Simone to drink juice out of a cup instead of a bottle this morning, however, was a dismal failure.

It is, by the way, quite a challenge--both sonically and aesthetically--to mix funk and soul, doo wop, and New Wave pop together into one pleasing mix, but I think I managed.

More soon when I'm on a better keyboard. We had a blackout last night and my regular computer is still recovering.

I Expire of Twin Cuteness

Incident #1: You all know the Sesame Street/Muppet Show skin "Mahna Mahna," right? This morning at breakfast, Simone was singing the first part in a low monster voice, and April would respond in a high, sweet falsetto.

Incident #2: Instead of napping, my daughters are standing in their crib, facing each other, holding hands and rocking back and forth while they sing "Dance, dance, dance, dance..."
