1. I seem to be sensitive to some laundry detergents, but apparently I need laundry to have some sort of scent or else I don't really believe my clothes are clean. So I am wondering: if I used a scentless schmancy eco "for sensitive skin" detergent on my clothes -- and then threw in a scented dryer sheet -- would this work? Will my clothes come out with that "clean laundry" smell and yet not be imbued with quite so much of the skin-irritating harshness? Alternatively, any other suggestions?
2. OK, so we have established I have sensitive skin. I am also prone to rosacea. However, I seem to have reached the age (and skin condition) where it would be good to use a daily facial moisturizer. The one I use now makes me turn red. That's no good. (Actually, the one I use now is perfect so far except it's a sample from a hotel room and I think it's a custom blend for said hotel. Alas.) Thanks to the sensitivity thing (plus my own biases), I need no exfoliants, no anti-aging ingredients e.g. alpha-hydroxy or retinol. I prefer no oil, too. Does anyone have any product recs I should look into?
