I know some of you are following the convention, and thought this might be of interest:

PopandPolitics.com is live again--it's nice to see it back on the grid.

We're covering from the Dem Convention and I thought it might be nice to get the e-quivalent (that's a pun, get it? oh, nevermind, I'm corny...) of "man on the street" interviews.

So:

If you've been watching the convention coverage and feel like makin' yourself heard, please send me a short paragraph on your impressions and how to ID you. We'll do roundups--a few at a time--and publish them on the site. Please be specific.... feel free to write about one speaker you saw, or why you're boycotting watching the conventions, or, if you're in town, the best convention-related party you've been to.

An ID can be as specific as your name, professional affiliation, and city; or something like "a self-employed mother of two in Brooklyn"
