row, row, row your boat
Oct. 21st, 2004 12:03 pmMy last physical therapy appointment for my shoulder was today. I learned a new stretch, for a total of three. We did some more massage and heatpack work. We talked about how things have changed over the past two weeks. I'm not all better, but I am much improved.
In addition to massage and heat packs, my PT recommended that I do some further stretching work with a backwards rowing motion -- either with free weights, or on a rowing machine or similar contraption at the gym.
Also in the last two weeks, I have become supremely aware of my posture. If the next time you see me I look taller, it's probably not the shoes.
I want a pretty paper certificate to hang on my fridge that says I graduated. Maybe with a gold star on it.
