As long as I'm updating like mad and have nothing else to do, I would like to put in a word of thanks to the universe for delivering the World Series that I wanted (out of the playoff contenders, that is). Unlike last year...

Boy, baseball has been fun these past few months. Someone remind me never to accept extra work during the playoffs again. When I was freelancing, it was OK because I could always vary my schedule and work around it, but these days, it's rough.
