Apr. 4th, 2005 02:06 pmMy attempts to order for lunch a yuppified goat cheese and sundried tomato pizza, where those two items are used instead of the regular sauce and cheese rather than supplementing them, were thwarted yet again, at a different place this time. I think I may have to try and make my own at this point.
I don't know who got the idea that goat cheese and mozzarella taste good together, or that sundried tomatoes aren't completely invisible, taste-wise, when draped with a mantle of pizza sauce. This version added whole roasted garlic cloves, which was nice in theory but in practice, they were still hard; I like my roast garlic mushy and spread-able. Oh well.
