pantryslut1) Alternative theory for my emotional speedbump on Wednesday: I went out of the house wearing no black at all (except my socks, which come in no other color at the moment, and my shoes). Perhaps this is not such a good idea and I should keep externalizing via wardrobe.
2) Apparently the Chronicle of Higher Education has a good discussion of the institution of marriage and percieved threats to it in its current issue. You can't read it on the web without a subscription, but Poplicks has a nice summary.
