It depresses me to think that the sudden push to war, right now, no more waiting, might be more out of a desire to get the economy to recover than out of a sense of, oh I dunno, justice or even tactical expediency. The stock market went up today. Whoopee.

It depresses me even more to think that there are people out there who don't necessarily think this is a bad rationale.
