No cooking challenge this week. In the box: another (huge, heavy, clublike) butternut squash, spinach and salad greens, yet more persimmons (I think I'm gonna dice 'em and make a compote; persimmon pudding does not seem to work well with Fuyus, I'm afraid), pistachios, the last two red peppers of the season (ate 'em up last night in the veggie tacos I made), carrots, and...
