* Many large tomatoes! I think it's time for a round of tomato and cheddar sandwiches. And tomatoes on toast. And tomato and mozzarella salad. And...
* Summer squash. These days, it seems all I ever do with it is sauteed with bay leaves (yum!), or sometimes grilled, but if the weather gets/stays cool, I might try a baked squash and rice and cheese thing.
* Green beans. I ate them up yesterday in a stir-fry with garlic, fish sauce, and pork.
* Cucumbers. One Armenian, one regular. Probably destined for a stir-fry.
* More carrots. eek!
* Watermelon. I now have two on the counter.
* Another melon of the cantaloupe family.
* Peaches.

my favorite season of the year, hands down.
