I just remembered: I'm supposed to come up with a music journalism pitch by Saturday. For some reason, I am paralyzed by performance anxiety -- probably because I know that I'm going to be *reading* it *aloud* in front of real live *editors*.

Telling myself "it's just practice, that's why it's homework" is not helping. Email is so much safer...
