I used to have a very prominent single gray hair, front and center. It stood out because it was coarse and crinkly, whereas the rest of my hair is very fine and straight. I actually once thought it was a piece of tinsel that had fallen into my hair from somewhere.

Now I'm working on salt-and-pepper all over. My gray hairs are very sparkly, so I kind of like it.
