Beets keep :) This batch is gone, but I'll let you know when I have another -- I get them from the box on and off all through the winter and early spring.

well, if you were at the pickup site and you *wanted* to put them in OUR box (large, marked HESSINGER), we would definitely say thank you very much! you could even take something from our box in return; we love beets.
