imnotandrei encouraged me this evening to consider starting a blog dedicated to music, where I can post "the things you want to say that Girlfriends won't print."

I'm thinking about it. The problem is, the best comments I come up with (like my rant tonight that inspired it all, about Jonatha Brooke getting a B+ -- a B+! -- for her most recent album in Entertainment Weekly, the one with the painful-to-listen-to covers of "Fire and Rain" and "God Only Knows") are usually off-the-cuff, improvised rants. Part of the oral tradition, yo. I'd need an audioblog. And a tape recorder, running all the time. "Could you repeat that?" I only wish I could.
