So I bought about a dozen of those small round green summer squash at the farmer's market yesterday after the nice fellow shopper lady exclaimed "Oh those! They're the best. They taste nutty."

Now I have to figure out what to do with them.

I might for once even consider stuffing them.

I think stuffing em sounds great. They taste like zucchini to me. All the summer squash do more or less.

I like my summer squash lightly sauteed with herbs: oregano, thyme, basil, chervil, marjoram, tarragon. Any combination of the above. Or with a little pesto.
