Imaginary Resume

* I am not so much an organizer as a top-notch steward. Whatever your organization needs to keep it well-tuned and humming along, I will arrange for it.
* I am not afraid of delegation.
* I neither fear innovation nor seek it out if it's unneeded. If it ain't broke, I won't try and fix it. I will try to fine-tune it. But if it is broke, I'll come up with several solutions for you to choose from.
* If it involves words, I'm your gal. Online or in print, I'm not picky. (Technical writing is an exception, alas. Translating medical information into laypeople's terms is not.)
* I'm pretty good with people, too. Folks love to work with and for me. I energize and inspire. Plus, people trust me and I don't let that trust down lightly.
* I have a pretty good visual eye as well.
* And I enjoy running fun medium-sized events, up to and including sex parties.
* High stress and tight deadlines are my bread and butter.
Requirements
* I prefer a variety of duties. Otherwise I will get bored.
* Short bursts of repetitive tasks such as data entry, for example, are more than fine, however.
* I work well both creatively and on my own, and ideally a job I take will have a mix of both.
* I am a troublemaker by nature and not necessarily by intent. I ask questions. I speak out when something needs to be spoken. I point out problems (and offer solutions). I take my ethics seriously.
* I have RSIs and need ergonomic accommodations for them.
* I am a parent of twins and not a morning person; therefore punctuality is not my strong suit. I need a job that doesn't mind me stumbling in up to a half-hour late as long as I make up the hours.
* You also gotta pay me what I'm worth. See: child care costs for twins.
