In this case, the instructor of Baby Dance, but a lot of the female celebrities on Sesame Street adopt that sort of demeanor, too. You know, SUPer WIDE-eyed with OVERLY ExprESSive INtonATIONS, a manic smile and a high-pitched giggle.
