Start Them Early

I totally just made the girls clean the floor after they threw their lunch down from the table. Not just picking up the solid bits and silverware, but scrubbing.

I'm not sure it will help in cutting down the mess (yet) -- they were way too cheerful about it -- but if I don't have to clean it up as often myself, it's still a win.
