pantryslutOne of the jokes that Steven and I used to make about having kids was that it was inevitable that any spawn we had would end up loving modern dance, as that's the only art form that both of us are indifferent to.
And, in fact, it looks like we may have a dancer on our hands.
But I never thought of the corollary: that in my sports-loving household, it is inevitable that at least one of the girls will gravitate to the major sport that their parents have the least interest in.
April is showing a lot of interest in basketball these days. (We'll get along great every March, at least.)
