Mail from Alta Bates informs me that now comes that point in time where I must decide whether I am really down for the annual mammogram thing or whether I am going to advocate for and/or quietly and sneakily instigate an every-other-year regimen for at least the next decade.

Every other year is plenty, especially if you have no family history of breast cancer, and particularly no reason to believe you are a BRCA-1 carrier. So say I all.
