my cat can't hold a grudge
Apr. 26th, 2004 12:29 amI hear some cats can be stand-offish sometimes, even prickly. Aloof, temperamental, they snub their owners when they think said owners deserve a bit of the cold shoulder.
Not in this house.
I had a bear of a time trying to clip Fritzi's claws this evening. Eventually I needed the assistance of a third hand to hold her down, and even so she got in a few vicious bites to the heel of my hand. She was absolutely frantic about it, poor kitty, and sprang away as soon as I let her go.
Guess who's purring and bopping her head against my elbow at the moment? Disgusting, isn't it.
