I walked into a certain restaurant tonight for the rehearsal dinner for my sister's wedding (tomorrow!). On the menu was listed "our famous chicken salad sandwich, featured in Bon Appetit." I blushed a little, because I'm probably responsible for that -- I wrote the magazine asking if they could get the recipe for me, and they did. I still have the mail they sent me in my recipe files.

I didn't mention it to any of the staff, though, b/c I ended up ordering the beef stroganoff and how awkward would that be?
