A Moment of Humility

I may be a pretty darn good cook, apparently, but sometimes the stars are against me. I need a cleaver!

And even if I owned a cleaver, I wouldn't have a place to put it anyway, my kitchen is so small.

This is supposed to be such a simple dish -- and it is, once you get past the "chop into one-inch segments" step. Why didn't I notice this before?

So we are having pizza tonight.
