I am not impressed with UPS.

When its sytem works, it works well. But when it fails, it fails spectacularly. The times I've had a package go astray in the UPS system have been truly amazing ordeals.

Their tracking system is a joke. Especially since once it's on a truck, they basically can't find it. They don't know which truck. They don't know where the truck is. It's in limbo until somene tries to make a delivery.

This month, AVN accidentally sent my box o' porno to my old address. Their fault, for sure. It should have been re-routed Friday. Or yesterday. Or today. But nobody knows where it is. Is it in San Francisco? Is it in Oakland? The tracking system says it's in Oakland, but the station manager says the actual box is not yet present. So it must be in San Francisco. But San Francisco thinks that the tracking system says its in Oakland...

And around we go.

I've been through this same process once already in the past six months. Not to mention the time that UPS returned my package to the vendor without actually stopping by my house to try and drop it off first.

By the time I get this package, I will have ten videos to watch in about five days. Fun.
