May. 3rd, 2005 09:45 amApparently my extended family is in dire need of a very sharp filleting knife, just in case 70-odd pounds of salmon are ever dropped on our doorstep again.
Otherwise, the results are unpretty but tasty (so far). And mustard goes good with broiled fillets.
I have enough heads, fins, and spines to make a year's worth of fish stock, I swear. And I look forward to it.
