i refused to pay for their shitty service anymore and got a refund when i lived in oakland. they were awful.

I was grandfathered in out of laziness -- I used to subscribe to sirius.com, before they were bought out. And now I am reluctant to give up what's been essentially my professional email address for the past 5 years. But this shit has got to go.
