The cat ate my temp badge

So I found my temp badge and clipped it onto a bright orange lanyard and put it somewhere really obvious so that I wouldn't forget it in the morning.

Except that i left the lanyard dangling over an edge.

Fritzi has pulled it down from its spot, picked it up in her mouth (the badge part, not the lanyard, no less), and dragged it off onto the floor, with marked pride in her step.

a few weeks ago, i had to take a misdelivered phone bill, in pieces, over to the neighbors house with the sad sad explanation that our dogs ate it. fortunately, the neighbor in question loooooves our dogs.
